Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, known mononymously as Zendaya, is an American actress and singer. She began her career as a child model and backing dancer, before gaining prominence for her role as Rocky Blue on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up (2010–2013). She later starred as K.C. Cooper in the sitcom K.C. Undercover (2015–2018), and produced the series. Her film roles include The Greatest Showman (2017), the Spider-Man series (2017–present), and Dune (2021). She achieved critical acclaim for her role as Rue Bennett in the HBO drama series Euphoria (2019–present), for which she became the youngest two-time Emmy winner for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.
